Diana has been absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with the sweetest energy and has gone above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. She even made sure my mom had extra blankets and pillows and continued checking on us. And her piña colada refreshers are THE BEST! 🍹💕 She’s so sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. Costa is lucky to have her she’s such a wonderful asset to the team! ❤️

Very beautiful hotel! I was greeted upon entry and staff that my family came in contact with were very helpful, as this was my first visit here! Breon is excellent, definitely someone that should be dealing with the guests! Breon, is polite, gave information about what’s going on-on property, has a great cadence while conversing with you and is extremely welcoming! The service that is given here is top notch! The condo was cleaned very well and we have a great view of the ocean! This will have to be our spot when visiting the area!

We had such a fantastic stay celebrating my girl’s birthday! The room was huge, super spacious, and had an amazing view of both the ocean and the city. The balcony was absolutely beautiful and the perfect spot to relax. Everyone we encountered was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. A special shoutout to Miguel for making check-in such a great experience. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. The location is another big plus—it’s close to the beach and the boardwalk, making it easy to walk everywhere. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jennifer at the towel hut! She was absolutely amazing and made such a positive impression on us during our stay at Costa Hollywood Beach Resort. From the moment we walked up to get our towels, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Jennifer has such a warm and positive energy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable and welcome. Even though it was a quick interaction, she made it memorable with her kindness and amazing customer service. She was attentive, professional, and such a pleasure to speak with. Employees like Jennifer truly make a difference in the overall guest experience. I really hope management sees this and recognizes her for the incredible job she is doing. Costa Hollywood is very lucky to have her! Thank you, Jennifer, for making our day brighter. You are truly a gem! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
